5-Year National Reform Plan (2025-2030)
Constitutional reform, anti-corruption, self-reliant economy, education & governance reform
1. Restoration of Monarchy, Political Restructuring & Constitutional Reform
Decentralize central power to build a stable, well-governed nation
- Abolish the federal structure and implement a "Unitary Decentralized Governance System" under the monarchy.
- Implement a directly elected parliamentary system and abolish proportional representation.
- Grant full authority to local bodies while removing costly bureaucratic structures.
- Legally ban political parties involved in bribery and corruption.
2. Anti-Corruption & Good Governance
Corruption-free, accountable administration.
- Legally enforce Prithvi Narayan Shah's principle: "Those who give and take bribes are enemies of the state."
- Establish special anti-corruption courts with strict penalties for major fraud.
- Strengthen the money laundering act and nationalize illegitimate assets.
- Implement "Digital Government" — move all government services online with blockchain integration.
3. Self-Reliant Economy: Agriculture, Industry & Trade
Strengthen industry, agriculture, and trade to make Nepal self-reliant.
- Launch "One District, One Key Product" program.
- Improve irrigation and fertilizer supply to boost agricultural production.
- Promote domestic and small-scale industries to build a production-oriented economy.
- Provide employment for youth through the "Employment in Nepal" program.
4. Education & Military Reform
Nationalist education system and military strengthening.
- Implement Prithvi Narayan Shah's nationalism curriculum from schools to universities.
- Make technical and vocational education compulsory.
- Implement military service and a National Service Program.
5. Diplomacy & National Security Policy
Protect Nepal's sovereignty while maintaining diplomatic balance.
- Adopt "Balanced Diplomacy" to strengthen Nepal-India-China relations.
- Reduce dependence on foreign aid and become self-reliant in national security.
- Establish a "Nepal Border Security Force" for border protection.
10-Year National Reconstruction Plan (2030-2040)
A long-term plan to make Nepal fully self-reliant, well-governed, secure, and prosperous
1. Strengthening Nationalism & National Identity
- Declare Prithvi Narayan Shah's birthday (14 Poush) as National Day — honoring Nepal's first nation-builder.
- Launch a cultural and historical heritage conservation campaign.
- Promote Nepali language, religion, culture, and traditions as national identity.
2. Industrial Revolution & Technological Innovation
- Promote domestically produced goods through the "Made in Nepal" campaign.
- Transform Nepal into a digital hub — invest in startups, technology, AI, and blockchain.
- Promote hydropower and green energy to become an energy exporter.
- Make Nepal a tourism superpower.
3. Strengthening Military, Security & Diplomatic Policy
- Modernize army, police, and border security under the "Strong Army, Secure Nepal" policy.
- Eliminate foreign interference through an "Impartial Foreign Policy."
- Nationalist defense policy: Ban foreign military activities in Nepal.
4. Fully Corruption-Free Administration & Justice System
- Maintain an "Independent Judiciary" free from political interference.
- Implement "Digital Transparent Government" — move all government processes online.
- Enforce strict anti-corruption laws.
5. Building the Future of Youth & Modern Education Policy
- Empower every citizen economically through the "One Nepali, One Skill" campaign.
- Establish a National Research and Development Center.
- Establish "Nepal Technology Parks" to support youth innovation.
- Launch the "Nation Rebuilding Campaign" to bring skilled Nepalis back from abroad.
